ABOUT DRAKHAR STUDIO
Founded in Madrid in 2010 and now located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, Drakhar Studio is passionate about creating fun, 3D games, such as “Arico: Tales from the Abyss”, “Hotel Transylvania: Scary Tale Adventures” and “Ginger Beyond the Crystal”.
Our team of 25-30 staff includes specialists in all aspects of game development including art, design, 3Dmodelling, sound, programming and QA.
TAX INCENTIVE (45% of tax incentives on video game development in the Canary Islands.)
If a video game company invests €1,000,000 in developing a video game in the Canary Islands:
Tax deduction: The company can deduct up to €450,000 (45%) from its taxes.
Initial increase: For the first million euros, the deduction can go up to €500,000 (50%), if all additional conditions are met.
This means the company only needs to cover 55% or less of the total production costs, which represents significant savings and improves the financial viability of the project.
